Dress Me Up!

'Dress Me Up!' is an animation showcasing a selection of natural hair styles.

This was created during a time where I challenged myself to navigate the world without any braids in, just my natural coily hair. I initially felt very self concious and lacked confidence. Each day I took a photo of my hairstyles and overtime, I discovered new ways to take care of my hair and eventually felt beautiful.

Since this project, I no longer hide if I do not have my hair "done".
